Ingrid Roa Wynne, a licensed real estate agent since 1994 and founder of Hillcrest Builders and Xander Properties, grew up in Spring Valley Village with a passion for building and creating beautiful spaces. As a child, she’d often ride her bike through the neighborhood to admire the elegant homes under construction and think about ways they could be made even better.
While earning her Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas Christian University, Ingrid also studied Interior Design. After graduation, she acquired her real estate license and worked under a top producer at Martha Turner Properties. While there, Ingrid learned valuable lessons about selling and marketing $2 million+ homes—especially what high-end product looks like and what clients expect.
Ingrid founded Hillcrest and Xander in 2002 to custom build and sell homes in the very neighborhood where she grew up. In addition to managing the entire construction process, she calls upon her years of experience to oversee, and even design, the interior finishes of each house. Ingrid is admired for her attention to detail, honesty, work ethic, and true passion for home building, and her customers don’t hesitate to recommend her services. In fact, neither Hillcrest Builders nor Xander Properties advertises, believing word-of-mouth referrals carry the most weight.
